Muktinath Temple (3800m): is very famous and important religious site situated 25 km north east from Jomsom in the district of Mustang. This temple is a highly sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists. Hindu regards Muktinath as Lord Vishnu whereas Buddhists regard as Buddha. Behind the temple, devotees can take a holy bath under the 108 stone taps, running the cold water from Mt Annapurana.
