ITINERARY
DAY 01: KATHMANDU
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. A representative from our office will greet you at the airport and transfer to the Hotel. Briefing on your tour itinerary. Afternoon sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 02: KATHMANDU
Morning sightseeing of Boudhanath. Special prayer (worship) programme and blessing by Senior monk at Monastery in Boudha. Later sightseeing of Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Afternoon Patan Durbar Square and Golden Temple. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 03: KATHMANDU – LUMBINI
Morning drive to Lumbini (270 KM – 7 hrs approx) “Birthplace of Lord Buddha”. Afternoon sightseeing of Lumbini Garden and visit Maya Devi Temple. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 04: LUMBINI – POKHARA
Morning drive (210 KM – 7 hrs approx) to Pokhara. Free for walking around Lake side and relax. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 05: POKHARA
Morning visit Buddhist Monastery in Hemja and on the way back sightseeing of Old Bazaar (traditional market). Afternoon sightseeing of World Peace Stupa, Devi’s Fall, Tibetan Refugee Camp, boat ride in the Phewa Lake and visit Barahi Temple. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 06: POKHARA – KATHMANDU – PHARPING
After breakfast drive (220 KM – 6.5 hrs approx) back to Kathmandu to Pharping. Check in at Neydo Hotel. The most peaceful location. Almost 200 monks live and study in this place. In the evening you can see worship by Monks in the Neydo Monastery and interact with monks. Overnight at Hotel Nyedo.
DAY 07: PHARPING – KATHMANDU
Morning visit Monastery in Pharping. This small town is popular for Buddhist and Hindu pilgrims. Later sightseeing of Kirtipur. Afternoon free. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY08: KATHMANDU
Departure transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
